Flag Type A

This machine here is some work I've been doing to make a unique Flag type design for one of my story ideas. So instead of scrapping the design I thought what the hell, lets make this thing a prototype of the final design.

The Flag Type A is a semi-transformable ms prototype built with two intentions by the Northern Union. One, design a replacement for the aging Thundercat aerial ms and two, allow it to transform for both aerial dogfighting and for long range streamlined flight in the atmosphere. This version was able to fulfill the second requirement, transforming into a fast and powerful fighter form but was far to costly to effectively produce.
The Flag type A is one of the first ms to employ plasma weapons, one reason for its high cost but it also internalizes them as well, having a plasma blaster and plasma saber stored in each arm. Only three units are produced only one of which sees action in the Solar War with the other two acting as replacement parts for it.
